Good evening doctor, my dog ??got sick last month because she ate chicken jerky that I bought her for the first time. He had pancreatitis and that’s why he now has diabetes. This is new to me, glucose levels are very high, around 600 -750.
I’ve been taking her to the vet but they don’t do much.
