For Valentine's day we thought we'd skip giving our 12 y/o Tonk cat his nutritional supplements (we use a medicine dropper) - a "night off" - a treat for him, we thought, since he seems to hates the process, but would never lick or taste the supplements on his own.

Well, he was having none of that. "What?!!!" his alarmed look at 9pm seemed to say - as he took his place near 'medicine-dropper' location. And refused to move!! He was actually alarmed, as though we didn't care about him any more. He knew - despite all his acting up - we did this routine out of deep caring and love. A valentine validation. All the chocolate I needed was in that deep velvety brown Tonkinese.
