Good morning all.
Today’s is a short newsletter- I have contacted the local plague..the Flu.
On top of that I had 7 surgeries yesterday, 6 scheduled for today, a full schedule of
appointments, and no back up to call in.
As you can see I am feeling sorry for myself…
Now if this is how dogs and cats feel with the flu, then I really feel for them.
There are many things that you can do to keep your dog and cat healthy.
THe Top 4..
Diet- feed a premium quality holistic food, consider adding in a portion of raw food and
supplement with EFA’a
Exercise- Regular excercise twice daily for your dog. If you have an indoor cat, then get
her to fetch, and watch her weight.
Vaccines- Only give what is necessary as infrequent as possible.
Traditional Medication- Be aware of side effects, and consider alternatives when possible.
I am currently using Elderberry, Echinacea and Arnica – I have avoided any traditional
anti-inflammatories.
Do you know that a small percent of completely healthy people develop serious kidney and liver
disease from supposed safe medications like Ibuprofen?
