I have discussed this in the past but I want
to give you some additional remedies.
Most cases of ACUTE vomiting and diarrhea
are a result of your pet eating something that
they shouldn’t.
It is otherwise known as Garbage Gut.
The mainstay of treatment is the 24 hour
NO FOOD fast ( free access to water), then
slowly re-introducing a bland diet.
Here are some lesses known but EFFECTIVE
homeopathic remedies:
Arsenicum – the MAJOR remedy for Garbage Gut, and Food Poisoning.
Bismuth – also used, but when there is even intense stomach pain.
Ipecac- Best use for this is in vomiting. There is generally profound nausea.
Nux vomica is an effective homeopathic remedy for vomiting for pets.
