The magnesium in CALM is not the correct magnesium. Dr Jones specifically says to use magnesium glycinate. There are different types of magnesium and some can cause loose stools and diarrhea so you want to be sure to check which magnesium you are using. The magnesium in CALM is NOT mag glycinate.
